Lindsey was casted as Peter Pan, but wasn't super excited about playing a boy (even though we all told her that Peter Pan was usually played by a girl). But, despite not wanting to, she did great! She got into his character of acting self-centered, sneaky and without a care in the world.
Hannah was casted as a fairy and a pirate. Once again, she was thrilled to be out on the stage and had a smile on her face the whole show. She is so fun to watch!
Kate was casted as a mermaid and as a Lost kid. She did great too - Kate gets really serious on stage. She remembers all her lines, but gets nervous and forgets to smile. She is still super cute though and did a great job!
(She's in different colored costumes because they do 2 shows and I just mixed the pictures)
The finale is always really cute - lots of bowing and they always include a song that they learn the sign language to.
This is Lindsey's cute friend Beth who came to watch the show with us.
This cute little girl is Megan. Megan goes to Longview with my kids and is in 1st grade (so in between Hannah & Kate). She's in a wheelchair and did a fantastic job! I think she really admired and looked up to Lindsey.
Here is our wonderful group of supporters! They were so awesome to come! Rebecca drove down from Oregon again (after already driving down for the dance show). Diane was still in town too.
Note: this is the last time I'm letting Jon take the group picture though. I usually just take it, but he insisted that I should be in it. Well, as you can see by Kate & Hannah looking the wrong way and my mom's face completely blocked, that it's back to me taking the pictures :)
Great job girls! We sure love you!
