Disneyland - Days 1 & 2

We went to Disneyland/California Adventures last Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. We stayed at the Best Western Raffles Inn in Anaheim and it was perfect! It was about 3/4 mile away, so we'd get up early every morning, eat the free continental breakfast and then walk to Disneyland! The weather was absolutely perfect!

The first day, we headed straight towards Star Tours & Space Mountain. After riding those 2 rides (I took Hannah & Hailey on Buzz Lightyear), the older girls split off from the group and go on rides together. We met up with them at lunch time, but I think they had a fun time all being together.

Disneyland has a great Baby Care Center, so I'd take Hailey there once in the morning and once in the afternoon to nurse her. Jon took Jack, Kate & Hannah on a couple of rides and then over to Mickey's Toon Town.

Hannah would not turn around for the picture - she was just laughing at how funny goofy was.

Yeah - finally turned around!
I caught this picture once over by the Baby Care Center when I had taken Hannah with me. I'm not really into waiting a long time in a line to see a character, so it was perfect that we caught this one.
Happy baby!
We went at The Hungry Bear Restaurant for lunch. It was okay - expensive, but it was nice to sit down for a few minutes. We rode rides during the afternoon (thankfully using Fast Passes or waiting in lines that were about 45 minutes). We left the park around 6 and went to a yummy pizza restaurant for dinner. By the time we were done, we decided we were done for the day.
Again, the next morning, we got up early and arrived at Disneyland when it opened. We did several rides and then headed over to California Adventure. The kids LOVED California Screamin', Tower of Terror & Soarin' the best.
Hannah & Hailey ended up sleeping for a couple of hours in the stroller - poor babies!

This picture cracks me up - Debbie (in the green) is getting ready to ram into Hannah (her daughter) on the bumper cars.
Jon took these 2 for a little bit while I went on Soarin' with the other 4 kids.
We left Disneyland at lunch time and walked across the street to McDonald's for lunch. Then, we actually went back to our hotel room to rest. Hailey took a nap and the kids were happy to just lay on the bed and watch tv. We went back to Disneyland after a couple of hours and enjoyed the evening of shorter lines.

We were exhausted by the end of each day, but it was so much fun!

I love how happy you can tell all the kids are and how much fun they had. We have to go to Disneyland one day as a big family when Mom and Dad get home.

These are great pictures.
