Embarrassing!
I can't believe I am admitting to this, but a couple of weeks ago, I was making the kids lunches before school and ran out of Ziploc bags. I keep them in the back of the pantry and when I looked for them, this is what I found....
Yes, a really, really old bag of potatoes that had sprouted and grown this long before I even realized it! Embarrassing! Time to clean out the pantry!

Been there...done that myself.
I had the same thing happen once except the potatoes were also a lovely shade of green. They looked like alien life-forms. My roommates could not stop laughing!
