Best of friends!

This picture is kind of small, but this it's a picture of our kids with their cousins the Rasmussen's. One of the great blessings of living in Ohio, is that our friends have become our family. We celebrate holidays, birthdays, major events and every day life with them. These 9 cute kids are best of friends and between Emily and Jack's birthdays, were all different ages beginning with 8 (Emily) all the way down to Hannah (0). Our lives will forever be blessed because of these incredible kids and their incredible parents!

This is a fun picture! We have a family like this who live near us. The oldest is 8 and there is one every year down to Hannah (and they are expecting another one next year!)

I had to tell you thanks for contributing to our Relief Society lesson on Sunday! Really! We were talking about being prepared for emergencies and I mentioned what you wrote on your blog when you lost your power for a couple of days "It has made us realize the things that we need to get a little bit more of - spare batteries, non-scented candles (the combination of summer melon & pumpkin spice was a little nauseating), some cash, and at least a 1/2 tank of gas in the cars at all times." It's nice to have that kind of info from someone who has actually been through something like that. Thanks for sharing!
