Fits

Kate and I are sitting here eating lunch and she decided to cut her melted cheese sandwich into even smaller pieces. She asked if I wanted a piece, so I said "Sure." The next thing she says to me is: "Mommy, you get what you get and you don't throw a fit." (That is a direct quote from our favorite rec center teacher, Jodi).

Kate - I will sure try to not throw a fit about the size of my smushed melted cheese sandwich piece!

This is hilarious. I love it when they learn these phrases and start trying them out on the parents.

Wow, my kids have been saying that for a few months and I have wondered where it came from. Love it!

Too funny! But she obviously got the concept. Nice!

Especially hilarious since you're one of the most easy going people I know. Like Kate is outraged by your consistent fit-throwing! Love her!

p.s. for whatever reason, my comments are going to come from "bliss", which sounds like some type of psycho secret (WEIRD) identity. I am not a stalker. It's just me, ASH.
